OUR PROGRAMS
510 CROSSFITOur Crossfit program is for all fitness levels, designed to optimize your body through olympic lifting, gymnastics, and high intensity workouts. There are 3 components to our Crossfit programming including Elements Class (intro to Crossfit), Beginner Level (scaled workouts), and Advance Level (Rx workouts).

510 BOOTCAMP510 Bootcamp provides high-intensity workouts focused on body weight exercises, light weight strength training & weight loss. These classes are designed for every fitness level, and workouts are performed without the complex movements of olympic barbell lifts, and advanced gymnastic movements, traditionally used in Crossfit.

CROSSFIT CLASSES
ElementsIf you are a first time CrossFitter you MUST start in our CrossFit Elements Class. Class times are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11am and 5:30pm. You must register for the class that you plan on attending. You can do this by emailing us [email protected]. We like you to begin this way in order to learn the movements and get your body use to the workouts. This will help build your confidence and get you prepared for the beginner class.

BeginnerIf you have done CrossFit in the past you must start out in our beginners classes. We understand that you might be in great shape, but your safety is of utmost importance to us. In the beginner classes, we will spend the first half of class teaching you the necessary skills to be safe and productive. Following the skill portion of class, will be the WOD (Workout Of The Day). If you have been doing CrossFit for a long period of time, you may take the test after your first beginner class and move on to the advanced class, if you pass.

AdvancedTo take part in advanced classes you must not only have CrossFit experience, but you must also pass a test given by one of the coaches. The test is to ensure that you can safely perform the necessary lifts and movements at an acceptable standard. This test is not about how much you can lift. Its about showing us that you can safely perform the movements and lifts.

WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that uses various combinations of exercises. The majority of the workouts include cardiovascular training and weights. These different exercises may include olympic weight lifting, gymnastics, endurance, sprinting, and powerlifting. Our goal is to teach our members these skills so that they can be proficient in all areas of fitness.
IS CROSSFIT FOR ME?
YES!!! CrossFit is for anyone that wants to take their fitness to the next level. Whether you're 20,30,40,50, or over 60, CrossFit is made to challenge people of all ages and abilities. We will work with you and any pre-existing injuries or limitations. There is no reason not to try it out.
WHAT IF I CAN'T DO SOME OF THE MOVEMENTS?
We understand that we all have different skill levels and abilities. There is always a modification to an exercise if it cannot be done or a person has an injury. Many people have knee, shoulder, ankle and back problems/injuries that do not allow them to do a handful of exercises. If that is the case, the trainer will modify the workout to fit with each individual person.
