Happy New Year! We couldn't be more proud of the growth, progress, and learning opportunities that came in 2015. It was a great year for 510 Crossfit and we hope it was as equally amazing for you.
With 2016 comes a new year and a fresh start.
Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or working towards improving it, 510 Crossfit is committed to creating an encouraging environment to help you achieve your 2016 fitness goals.
This year, we are excited to launch the 510 Crossfit monthly newsletter to help members stay connected! The newsletter will include gym updates, events, quarterly member spotlights and a Coach's Corner.

January Events and Calendar
Saturday, January 16:CrossFit Redux in Concord, CA will be holding “The Redux Resolution 2016” competition. Several of our own 510 CrossFit athletes will be competing. Come out and show your support for the 510 Crossfit Family! For event details,click here.
As of Monday, January 18: 510 Crossfit will no longer hold the 12:15pm class time Monday through Thursday. This class time will be replaced with a NEW 11:00am class Monday through Thursday for all skill levels.
As of Friday, January 22:6:30pm class on Fridays only will also be changed to an all skills level class.
Starting Monday, January 18:
All Parentsmust read and sign a waiver prior to leaving children in Kids Club. Waivers will be handed out by Kids Club attendants.
All Members must complete an updated waiver form. Please see front desk during your next visit.
**REMINDER** If you have any friends or family that would like to check out 510 Crossfit, please contact one of the coaches to schedule an On Ramp class time to ensure safe introduction to our gym and exercise movements.

Saturday, January 2: THANK YOU to everyone that came out and enjoyed our 1st Annual Winter Social. It was great seeing everyone just enjoying each other's company outside of the daily workouts. We hope to fill 2016 with more eventful opportunities to get to know each other.
