It's officially our favorite time of year --The Crossfit Open. From February 25 thru March 28, 2016, athletes from around the world participate... and we think you should too.
Because Yes, you are good enough. Yes, it's CHALLENGING. Yes, it's REWARDING. Yes, it's HUMBLING. Most importantly, Yes, it's FUN.
Remember, the open is for EVERYONE. It has nothing to do with competition. It's a way for us to work together and support one another in our personal growth within the crossfit community, within our 510 Crossfit community.

IMPORTANT Updates and Reminder(s):
***BILLING CHANGES***: Starting March 1, 2016 we will be changing billing cycles to the 1st and 15th of every month:
Those with billing dates from the 2nd to the 15th of every month will be automatically assigned the 15th
Those with billing dates from the 16th to the 31st of every month will be automatically assigned the 1st
If you have a specific billing date request (1st or the 15th ONLY), please let us know on or before Friday, February 12, 2016.
All rates will be pro-rated for the month, so no extra fees for all parties involved.
Please sign a new waiver for 2016 if you have not already
Lost and Found Items: We are starting to build up lots of left behind items. Please look through the lost and found and around the gym for any personal belongings that may have been left behind. Anything left over in the lost and found box at the end of the month will be donated.
All Members: do not forget that we are here as your support system. If there are any movements that you are not comfortable with, and feel you need extra support on, please reach out to one of the coaches.
