How did you get started with CrossFit?
A friend of mine at my last job turned me onto it.
I couldn't take anymore Tony Horton.
Favorite WOD or movement?
Mid weight thrusters.
Least favorite WOD or movement?
Snatches. The combination of strength, mobility and coordination doesn't play well for me.
What is your proudest CrossFit accomplishment so far?
Getting Bar Muscle ups was pretty exciting.
What do you love about 510CrossFit?
The People. A great group of people to spend time with and get a push from during the workout.
What would you tell people who are not sure about trying CrossFit?
Do it, do it, do it! Crossfit is the real deal for fitness results.
What is your favorite quote or motto?
Work hard, attack your weaknesses and enjoy the progress.
