Please save the date for Saturday, August 4th for our "Back to School" workout!
We will be collecting school supplies (suggested items below) to be distributed to local elementary school classrooms in the Richmond community.
This workout is open to everyone and we encourage you to invite family & friends.
We not only have an investment in your health, but also our community. We know how empowering it can feel when lifting a barbell or excelling in a wod. We want to provide the same empowerment to students by giving them the tools and resources to tackle the school year!
Please note, donations are not required to join the workout. We encourage everyone's participation!

How did you get started with CrossFit?
A friend of mine at my last job turned me onto it.
I couldn't take anymore Tony Horton.
Favorite WOD or movement?
Mid weight thrusters.
Least favorite WOD or movement?
Snatches. The combination of strength, mobility and coordination doesn't play well for me.
What is your proudest CrossFit accomplishment so far?
Getting Bar Muscle ups was pretty exciting.
What do you love about 510CrossFit?
The People. A great group of people to spend time with and get a push from during the workout.
What would you tell people who are not sure about trying CrossFit?
Do it, do it, do it! Crossfit is the real deal for fitness results.
What is your favorite quote or motto?
Work hard, attack your weaknesses and enjoy the progress.
Coach Mike has returned to 510 CrossFit’s Coaching staff and we couldn’t be more thrilled! He’ll be starting your weekends off right… with a Saturday morning Team WOD at 9am or 10am.
With over 8 years experience in Crossfit, Coach Mike holds a Level 1 and Olympic Lifting Certificate. Playing indoor volleyball in college and eventually playing Semi Pro Beach Volleyball was his segue into lifting... and the rest is history.

YES! It's our favorite time of year -- The Crossfit Open! From February 23 thru March 27, over hundreds and thousands of CrossFit athletes will come together to compete for a five week, five WOD competition.
Just in case we we didn't stress it enough last year, we are going to say it again... The OPEN is for EVERYONE. Yes, that means YOU. Whether you’re just starting out in CrossFit or an advanced athlete, this is an opportunity to measure your growth, your progress thus far.
With both scaled and RX'd divisions, these workouts welcome any level of experience.
